Questions
Is this a payment gateway? Do you hold my money?
No. Customers pay your own UPI ID directly. The plugin only watches for the credit and marks the order paid. Nothing passes through us and there is no per-payment fee.
Which banks work?
Any bank that sends a credit SMS from a registered sender (like AX-AXISBK or JM-FINOBK) with the amount and UPI reference. You can test any message in Payment Gateway → Tools before going live. Email alerts from major Indian banks work through Gmail or IMAP.
Is my SMS data safe?
The app filters on the phone: only bank credit messages with an amount are sent, and only to your own website over a signed connection. OTPs, personal chats and promotions stay on the phone.
What if a customer pays the wrong amount?
The credit appears under Bank credits as unmatched. Open the order in the dashboard and assign it with one click. The UTR can never be used for another order.
What does a license include?
One website plus its paired phone, plugin and app updates while the license is active, and a 7-day grace period if a renewal is late. Checkout never stops because our server is unreachable.
The app won't install from WhatsApp or Chrome.
That is Google Play Protect blocking SMS apps from outside the Play Store. Turn on USB debugging on the phone and install once with adb install, or ask your seller to set it up for you.
